# Restricted Countries

Access to the Extended Protocol website, API, and services (defined by the [Terms of Use](/extended-resources/legal/terms-of-use.md)) is not available to Restricted Persons.

“Restricted Persons” includes any individual or entity residing in, located in, incorporated in, or with a registered office in any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Extended Protocol is restricted, including without limitation:

(A) Afghanistan, Canada, China (Hong Kong), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Seychelles, Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk Regions), the United Kingdom and the United States of America; and

(B) any other individual or entity whose access to or use of the Extended Protocol, website, API, and services would be contrary to any applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Restricted Persons must not access or use the Extended Protocol website or services.
