Funding Payments

Funding logic for TradFi markets is the same as for crypto markets, with one difference:

The Interest Rate component is set at 0.0035% per 8 hours (~3.83% annualised) to better reflect the carry pricing of TradFi instruments, bringing it closer to SOFR.
